Babies slowly float towards Isaac, occasionally shooting a single projectile towards him. They can also occasionally also teleport to anywhere in the room.
Angelic Babies are variants of Babies that fire 3 projectiles at Isaac in a spread instead of 1. They also teleport more often, usually near Isaac.
Small Angelic Baby
Small Angelic Babies behave identically to Angelic Babies but have less health and shoots only one projectile instead of three.
They are exclusively spawned by Holy Mulligans.
Wrinkly Babies slowly move towards Isaac similar to regular Babies, but while approaching him, they may dash towards him at high speed until they hit either a wall or Isaac and then subsequently fire three projectiles in his direction once they stop dashing. If Isaac approaches them after they've performed their previous attack, they will move back from Isaac and fire three projectiles at him without dashing for as long as Isaac continues to follow them, although they will resume their chase and dashing attack if Isaac then moves far from them. They are unable to teleport.
Imps slowly float towards Isaac, occasionally firing 5 projectiles at Isaac in quick succession and can also occasionally randomly teleport around the room. They move slightly to try to avoid Isaac's tears.
Baby Begottens float toward Isaac, attempting to avoid Isaac's shots as it approaches. After getting close to him, it lines itself up with him in the closest cardinal direction and fires a thin short-range Brimstone laser at him, propelling itself in the opposite direction.
Despite their namesake and visual similarities to Begottens they have no similarities in behavior.
Unborn fly towards Isaac in a circular pattern, and will periodically teleport near Isaac on another side of him.
|Bug!||If a Baby, Angelic Baby or Imp tries to shoot Isaac at the same time as it teleports, their shots will be fired without their corresponding animation.|
