Effects
- Quadruples fire rate / tear delay.
- x0.3 damage multiplier.
- -0.16 tear size.
- Each tear gains the effects of either
Flat Worm, Pulse Worm, Wiggle Worm, Hook Worm, Ring Worm, Whip Worm, Lazy Worm, Tape Worm, Ouroboros Worm, Brain Worm, Rubber Cement, My Reflection or Tiny Planet at random.
- These inherent the movement, shot speed, range, and spectral effects, but not changes to tears or damage.
Synergies
- Brimstone / Azazel / Tainted Azazel: The beam will fire continuously as long as the fire button is held and can be aimed in any direction. It shuffles through the worm effects rapidly.
- Chocolate Milk / Cursed Eye / Monstro's Lung / Tech X: Fires automatically upon reaching full charge.
- Tech X overrides the worm trinket effects.
- Tractor Beam: All tears now travel along the beam, improving overall accuracy and DPS.
Interactions
- Soy Milk: Overridden by Almond Milk (no additional effect on tears or damage).
- The Ludovico Technique: The tear will rapidly teleport in a small area around it, making it difficult to aim.
