Effects
- Grants a chance to deal damage to all enemies in the room on being hit, similar to The Necronomicon.
- The activation chance depends on the Luck stat, and goes up to around 50% with very high Luck (between 50-60 Luck).
Notes
- This item is not triggered when a hit is absorbed by Holy Mantle, making it useless while playing with The Lost.
